They will face Campion on Monday after beating Littletown on penalties at Beck Lane.
Bay were 4-3 shoot-out winners after the game finished 1-1, Kitson Gayle getting their goal.
It could be an all-Huddersfield final, with Kirkburton also through to the last four.
They await the winners of Friday’s quarter-final between Salts and Ovenden WR.
Storthes Hall beat Huddersfield YMCA 3-1 in their Premier Division clash at Warrenside.
The home scorers were Josh Rodgers (2) and Richard Lally.
