Northern Counties East newcomers Penistone Church will be at home to Teversal in the first round of the League Cup.

The winners of the all-First Division tie will go to top-flight team Cleethorpes Town in round two.

AFC Emley have been handed a bye to round two, where they will play host to First Division rivals Eccleshill United.

And Wakefield, who will play at Emley’s Welfare Ground, have a bye until round three.

Wakefield, who have been relegated from the Northern Premier League, and Penistone, promoted from the Sheffield County Senior League, were confirmed as NCEL members at the annual meeting at Scarborough.

Worksop Town will join Wakefield as the other new club in the Premier Division.

And AFC Mansfield and Penistone are the new top-flight teams.

Brighouse Town have moved up to the Northern Premier League, Basford United and Long Eaton United to the new Midland League and Appleby Frodingham to the Central Midlands League.
