Huddersfield Town have moved quickly this summer.

The signing of defender Christopher Schindler from 1860 Munich takes the total up to eight new signings for the John Smith's Stadium club and it isn't yet July 1.

Joel Lynch's departure for QPR on Wednesday helped fund the €2.2m fee for Schindler, but David Wagner has clearly relished the chance to remould a distinctly leaky back line.

And the fans have responded to the ambition shown by the club determined to move forward in the Championship.

Schindler has shared his excitement at being part of the club's project - no lip service from a player who made the decision to leave the boyhood club that he has represented for close to two decades.

Here's how the fans reacted to his signing.

Most fans are delighted with a quick, decisive, ambitious set of moves from the club.

And a few cheeky punters are thinking of having a flutter on a sensational season!
