Learning from Whitehead and Hogg
Says the midfield pair are “role models”.
“The Academy is successful because of a lot of hard work.”
On the afro he adds “I needed a change but now I miss it a lot!”

Voted for by the players, they had to be under 21 at the start of the season.

23 hours a day
Joel Lynch getting the laughs here by telling everyone that people think footballers have spare time to help but they’re now training all the time.
“I’d like to do more but we train 23 hours a day!”
This award means a lot to him and he admits he hopes it makes his parents proud.
Lolley delighted
You can really tell how much Joe loves Wagner and what an important influence he’s been.
He said: “Thankfully the new boss has given me the opportunities and hopefully I’ve repaid him over the season.”
Also mentions he’s happy not to win the Worst Dressed award!
President Prize
This award is given to the player who has been the most entertaining on the pitch this season. It’s chosen by the President himself.
He's one of our own
Billing admits he’s watched the goal “a couple of times”. Says he’s been dreaming of that moment since he was a little kid.

No surprises here, it is Mr Billing for that stunner against Forest!
I love Uggs
The man himself is being made to hold a t-shirt advertising his favourite footwear. For the record, he voted Joe Lolley, who was also a popular choice.
He confirms “the boss at home” made him bin his man bun.
Worst Dressed
The top three has been selected by the players...
They are: Joe Lolley, Jason Davidson (mainly for turning up to training in Ugg boots!) and one shout for Harry Bunn from Nahki Wells.
Winner- North Stand Loyal
A deserved award for North Stand Loyal - the Contribution to the Club award.
"He's better than Klopp"
That award was presented by David Wagner, so no surprise to hear a long and loud chorus of “he’s better than Klopp” as he makes his way onto the stage!
No comment from the man himself when pressed to answer if he is in fact the superior manager...
Deano speaks
That’s a popular choice! DEANOOO is the cry as the midfielder goes up to the stage.
Says his injury in December was “frustrating” but his replacement, Jonathan Hogg was “outstanding”.

This has been voted for by journalists for someone who goes above and beyond for the media..

Lewis says he’s worked very hard to get here. He’s played a few games for the u21s thiss eason and admits it’s been though, but he believes he’s taken it in his stride.
