Huddersfield Town frontman Joe Lolley's two former clubs Kidderminster Harriers and Littleton will meet in a friendly on Saturday.

And Kidderminster, who were able to sign the 21-year-old for nothing because he wasn't on a contract, will make an undisclosed donation to
their hosts.

Lolley fired in goals for both to attract the interest of a string of suitors, with Town signing him from Conference club Kiddy for £300,000
in January.

The former student, who scored his first Football League goal on his full debut as Town won 4-1 at Watford on the final day of the Championship campaign, left Littleton 12 months ago.

One-time Birmingham City junior Lolley had notched 88 goals in 83 games for the Midland Combination side, his Kiddy switch representing a climb of five rungs on the non-league ladder.

Lolley was far from fazed, and the last of his 11 goals in 25 appearances for Harriers dumped League I Peterborough from the third round of the FA Cup.

He had joined Town by the time of the money-spinning fourth-round trip to Premier League Sunderland, who won 1-0.

Shin problems meant Lolley had to make do with six Town games in total last term , but he is aiming to make his mark this time around.

Littleton manager Andy Robbins said of Kiddy's donation: "It was their suggestion and it's a way of them saying thank you for the work we did in developing Joe."
