Middlesbrough fans have been warned to snap up tickets for their side's weekend trip to Huddersfield Town this afternoon before 4pm, with just 300 left for sale.
If any tickets remain, then Boro fans will be able to purchase them from the John Smith's Stadium, but Middlesbrough have advised advanced bookings to ensure their ticket for the match.
A statement on the club website read: "Fans wanting to attend Saturday’s game at Huddersfield Town are being urged to buy before 4pm on Friday.
"We have sold over 3,200 tickets for the game and, as of 10am on Friday morning, there were just 300 remaining.
"Any unsold tickets will be available on day of the game from window two at the stadium – but these will be strictly limited and fans wanting to guarantee a ticket are advised to purchase in advance and not wait until the day of the game.
"Tickets can be bought in person at the Riverside Ticket Office before 4pm or by phone or online for collection from the Riverside Ticket Office."
There had been over 2,400 ticket sales as of Wednesday morning and they have continued throughout the week for an eagerly-anticipated clash for both sides.
For Huddersfield, the game represents Chris Powell's first in charge and a potential first outing for deadline-day signing Mark Hudson , while the visiting fans will look forward to seeing some acquisitions of their own.
