TOWN will stop selling their tickets for the Cardiff final at 4.00pm tomorrow.

The club are already guaranteed an army of 22,000 travelling fans for the promotion showdown with Mansfield, who are also closing sales tomorrow.

Town's pre-match anthem at the Millennium Stadium will be the traditional club favourite Smile Awhile.

Each club is allowed just one specific song to be played before the game.

Meanwhile, Town have apologised to supporters for a delay in the production of training tops - prototypes of which were delivered for the team to try yesterday.

Town will have limited numbers available at the McAlpine - where all pre-ordered shirts will be dealt with - and they will also have them on sale with other souvenirs in Cardiff on Monday.

The club shop is open on Saturday from 9.00am to 3.00pm and on Sunday for the Giants match (4.00-5.30).

"We ask all fans to buy only official merchandise because this directly helps the club," said chief executive Andrew Watson.

"Items bought elsewhere do no good for Town."
