Town played well in a game of 2 costly miskakes. It hurts to give P Clarke only 5 but it was a terrible error in loosing the ball, why not just kick it out of touch. The second terrible error was by the ref,I was less than 20yards away as Scannel burst through towards goal, why on earth would he dive when the goals were at his mercy.Everybody didn't even look at the ref for a penalty it was so clear cut,it cost us at least a point. Eddie,Chorley.

Town gave it their best, but unfortunately not good enough, as many other games have gone the same way this season. We are just not good enough. I have said most of the season the squad was not good enough and we required some quality players in the side. Unfortunately Mr Hoyle does not want to spend money on quality players, but he´s happy selling them for large amounts of money. On 3 players, he´s received 12 million pounds and this season spent 2 million pounds. Does that add up to wanting to stay in this division and be successful? I´m afraid it does not. Mr Hoyle had a chance in March to bring in a quality striker and midfield player, but stuck to his guns on his budget. Well Mr Hoyle, you gamble looks like it will backfire and we will be back in league 1 next season.

Even when we play well, we just cant buy a goal. James Sheffield

One mistake cost us a point & possibly survival

As soon as Bolton scored it was match over. Ward and Scannell yet again flatter to deceive - absolutely NO end product. Peter, Penistone.

An extremely good effort with desire and commitment. If they put in as much effort in the remaining six games, we must have a chance of survival. Simon, Ossett

Just back but just as usual under mark strong showing but no killer ball or anything much on target on a more positive note fans fantastic bring on the posh. Alan Rastrick

A good effort tonight and we deserved a point but silly mistakes get punished at this level and we are making too many at the moment. WPJ, Settle

Well at least we went down fighting, problem is we can't buy a goal. Saturday really is make or break against our long time bogey side. I can't face the thought of league one again, the dropped points against Ipswich and Charlton home and away could well be decisive. Trojanhorse, Kirkburton

It's a big shame that Town got nothing from the game, but as fans we must keep believing. Chris Green from Dalton.
