Six Championship clubs are set to battle Scottish giants Celtic for the signature of Leicester City starlet Tom Lawrence.

That's according to the Daily Mail, which has named Aston Villa, Brighton, Derby County, Fulham, Nottingham Forest and Wolves among the Welshman's list of suitors.

Premier League Champions Leicester are set to send the Wales international on loan again- what would be his sixth temporary move of his career and he would have no shortage of clubs competing for his signature.

Real Madrid have been linked with Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko.

The Frenchman is reportedly a target for Everton and Juventus, but now reports in Spain have added the Madrid giants to that list.

Sport suggests Sissoko is the back up option after Andre Gomes signed for Barcelona and a player could leave the Bernabeu in exchange.

Leeds United remain in the hunt for Sunderland's Liam Bridcutt.

The Chronicle reports that the Elland Road club have had two bids rejected for the midfielder, and the Black Cats are holding out for between £1.5 and £2m.

Bridcutt spent last season on loan with Leeds and new boss Garry Monk is an admirer.

Ross McCormack has not travelled to Portugal with Fulham, supporting rumours he is due to leave for Norwich City.

Newcastle and Aston Villa have also been linked but Norwich are said to have stolen a march on their rivals.

And Get West London reports that the 29-year-old striker is now missing from Fulham's pre season training camp.

Birmingham City will not have to fight off any advances from Leeds in their pursuit of Watford striker Matej Vydra.

The Whites had been linked with a move but latest rumours suggest he is not a priority with Leeds keeping close watch on their spending this summer.

Vydra is under contract at Vicarage Road until 2020 but spent last season on loan at Reading, where he scored nine goals.

Blackburn Rovers have not recieved a formal offer from Celtic for Shane Duffy.

So says manager Owen Coyle, speaking to the Lancashire Telegraph.

Coyle declared: “In regards to Shane, there’s been no concrete offers from Celtic, in terms of a written offer, so that’s the only thing I can class as interest."
