What a day to be a Huddersfield Town fan.

Not only did Town end Nottingham Forest's 13 game unbeaten league run with a 2-0 victory , but they kept a cherished clean sheet, played fantastically well and young midfielder Philip Billing put in his Goal of the Season entry.

The only real question was if Town should have won by more - they outplayed their hosts who have hopes of reaching the play-offs.

Forest defender Matt Mills got Town off to a great start when he turned Tommy Smith's dangerous cross into his own net with Lolley lurking, and David Wagner's men continued to create the best of the chances.

It was left to Billing to finish it off on 84 minutes with a fantastic strike from 30 yards, his first ever senior goal.

Here's what Town fans made of the game.

After watching their team take the lead, many fans feared a sense of deja vu as chances were created and spurned.

However, once the second had been scored there was only one name who could grab the headlines... and many Town hearts.

After a four game losing run in which Town have often deserved more from the games, many were relieved to see them get the points the performances merited.

In fact, a few of the more superstitious Town fans will be hiding David Wagner's razors...

While many are understandably excited about the future.

And some are very, very excited....
