Jason Davidson still has a future at Huddersfield Town.

That’s the word from head coach David Wagner, who has recruited a rival left-back, his fellow German Cbristian Löwe, for next season.

Australian international Davidson was signed by Chris Powell and was first pick under the former boss.

Since Wagner’s arrival in November, Town have had Leicester City’s Ben Chilwell and Middlesbrough’s James Husband on loan.

Davidson, who has made 10 appearances since Wagner’s arrival and 26 for Town in all, will be the only senior left-back available over tbe last five games.
