TOWN are hoping to cultivate a few more fans of the future when they face Doncaster in the first round of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.

They are offering discounts on pre-purchased family tickets for the tie on Tuesday, October 17 (7.45).

On the night, when only the Riverside Stand will be open to home fans, it's free for Under 16s (under a Football League initiative), £10 for adults and £5 other concessions.

Family ticket prices are £10 for two adults and two children and £5 for one adult and two children.

They will be for unreserved seating and must be bought from the Galpharm by 5.00 on Monday, October 16.

While the Under 16s go free policy comes via the League's drive to increase the appeal of the Trophy, the family tickets are an initiative of Town, who already run a reduced price schools scheme (it accounted for 1,500 of Saturday's 11,350 attendance against Bournemouth).

"If the family initiatives prove popular, we hope there will be more in the future," said director of business development Sean Jarvis.

"It supports our own grass-roots initiatives, such as the schools promotion and 7s scheme."
