Huddersfield Town suffered a quite astonishing 2-0 defeat to 10-man Fulham on Saturday as Nahki Wells twice missed from the spot.

It was a day to forget for Wells in particular, while there was precious little to cheer about throughout the side as an early goal from Alex Kacaniklic and an injury time sucker-punch second from Seko Fofana sealed all three points for the visitors.

Jonathan Hogg and Jacob Butterfield were the two Town players who impressed you most, however, as Chris Powell's side somehow managed to boast 68% of possession and 31 shots on goal but were left empty-handed in their final game ahead of the international break.
