FC Halifax Town boss Neil Aspin reckons the 2-1 home win over Barnet was the club’s best yet in the Skrill Conference.
Scott McManus and Lois Maynard found the net as the 100% record at The Shay was kept up, moving Aspin’s side up to fifth in the table.
“It was a fantastic win,” Aspin said. “Out of all of the wins we have had this season, this is the best one.
“It was a win against a very talented side that is going to finish very high in the table, so I can’t praise my players enough. They really had to work hard to get a result.”
