Former Huddersfield Town loan winger Elvis Manu could be heading back to Holland.

The 22-year-old still has two years to go on his Brighton and Hove Albion contract.

But he has made only one Seagulls start and nine appearances in all.

Now Manu, whose five Town appearances this season were all from the bench, is being linked with Dutch side Excelsior.

The former Holland Under 21 player who qualifies to represent Ghana came through the ranks at Excelsior’s Rotterdam rivals Feyenoord.

He had a loan spell at Excelsior in 2012.

Manu joined Town on loan during the January transfer window but was recalled by Brighton in March.
