FC HALIFAX Town take on Bishop’s Stortford at the The Shay tomorrow night looking to get their season back on track.
The Shaymen went a fourth home game without victory for the first time under the management of Neil Aspin when they were beaten 4-3 at home by Altricham.
As a result Halifax slipped to fifth in the table as Altrincham moved above them in the Blue Square North table, but victory tomorrow would see them return to fourth.
The Shaymen had taken the lead through Alex Titchiner, the Fleetwood Town loanee, to slot past visiting keeper Stuart Coburn from a tight angle to give Town the lead.
Damien Reeves, the league’s top scorer, notched his 34th of the campaign to put the Robins ahead.
Scott McManus (left) rifled home a Town equaliser from a corner and the home side regained the lead before half-time when Titchiner scored from a tight angle after dispossessing Coburn.
In the second half Richmond was on hand to pull Altrincham, managed by former Huddersfield Town player Lee Sinnott, level and they grabbed the winner on 70 minutes when Duncan Watmore played in Reeves to score.
