Another German player – this time a striker – is being linked with Huddersfield Town.

He is 22-year-old Dortmund II striker Tammo Harder, who is said to be out of contract in the summer.

Harder, who previously played at youth level for Fortuna Seppenrade and Dortmund before joining Schalke 04, is in the Dortmund II squad previously managed by Town’s head coach David Wagner.

A good finisher, the 5ft 9in tall frontman, who weighs in at just over 10 stones, is the latest player from the Bundesliga to be mentioned in connection with Town.
