LAST year the Internet-based football team of Town supporters, known as the netTerriers, undertook to raise £2004 for the Trust by the beginning of the 2004-2005 season.
Congratulations to the netTerriers on achieving their target - no mean feat for a dedicated squad considerably smaller than their professional counterparts.
Since the outset of this project we have seen the launch of the Development Association in support of Town's Academy and it is gratifying that the netTerriers agreed to hand over their £2004 to support the Academy.
As pictured, this was done pitchside at half-time at last Saturday's game against Peterborough.
It is hoped that this will mark the beginning of another significant contribution to the Development Association this season from the Supporters Trust.
