Town’s nearest rivals are Leeds United, 16 miles away, followed by Barnsley (18) and Sheffield Wednesday (24).

In comparison to other Championship clubs, Town’s total mileage is the 15th highest in the division.

Newcastle fans will have to cover 9,670 to watch every away game, the highest figure.

Nottingham Forest’s 4,650 is the lowest.
