HUDDERSFIELD Town are confident captain Peter Clarke will be fit to face Swindon in tomorrow’s big Galpharm clash.

The influential defender picked up a back problem at Brentford on Tuesday, when he notched the late winner to keep Lee Clark’s side second in League I.

He’s had treatment from a chiropractor and boss Clark believes he will be firing on all cylinders as Town try to notch a fifth victory in six games and make it 17 unbeaten in the league.

The manager is ready to recall Gary Naysmith after the left-back proved his recovery from a calf injury with an outing from the bench at Brentford.

Goalkeeper Ian Bennett is also in the frame after a groin problem while on-loan Bolton winger Danny Ward is set for a home debut against the side he helped make last season’s play-off final.
