HUDDERSFIELD TOWN defender Murray Wallace was on the bench for Scotland Under 21s.

The 20-year-old former Falkirk centre-back did not make the starting line-up as Scotland earned a 1-1 draw in Korinthos.

Greece took the lead on 13 minutes through Nikos Karelis, while the Scots equalised with a Tony Watt penalty in the 59th minute.

Town caretaker boss Mark Lillis will be hoping Wallace is unscathed from the trip, as he may have to partner Anthony Gerrard at the centre of defence against Cardiff City on Saturday.

Town still have doubts over skipper Peter Clarke (concussion) and Joel Lynch (hamstring) for the visit of the runaway Championship leaders to the John Smith’s Stadium.
