Lancashire referee Darren Bond will be in charge of Huddersfield Town’s home Championship game against Blackpool on Saturday.

And Lincolnshire’s Gary Sutton will be in the middle when Brighton visit next Tuesday.

Bond has been on the league list since 2011 and has taken 12 games already this season, showing one red card and 23 yellows.

He has twice been the fourth official at Premier League matches this time around.

His most recent Town match was last season’s 5-1 home win over AFC Bournemouth.

Sutton, a league referee since 2005, took charge of Town’s Capital One Cup first-round win at Chesterfield in August.

That was one of 11 matches he has officiated this season, with 34 yellow cards shown to date.
