HUDDERSFIELD Town legend Denis Law will be back in Huddersfield tomorrow.

The former Scotland, Manchester United and Manchester City ace will sign copies of his new book, My Life In Football, at the stadium superstore between 1.00 and 2.00.

He will then head up to entertain the White Rose Club before kick-off (contact Town’s commercial department on 01484 484140 for entry details).

Law, of course, began his career at Town as a 15-year-old amateur and made 91 appearances, scoring 19 goals, before a British record £55,000 move to Manchester City in March 1960.

Meanwhile his fellow former Town players Jon Dyson, Rob Edwards and Clyde Wijnhard will take part in a question and answer session at Canalside between 12.30 and 1.30 tomorrow.

The charity fund-raising match between a former Town players select side and Yorkshire CCC, in which the trio were due to play, has been postponed to prevent damage to the Canalside pitches.

It will be rescheduled for as soon as possible, with proceeds being split between the Keep It Up campaign and Martin House children’s hospice.
