Huddersfield Town are reportedly eyeing Nottingham Forest forward Jamie Paterson.

The 23-year-old was a target of the John Smith’s Stadium club when at Walsall.

Paterson, who has played as a winger as well as a striker, made 102 Walsall appearances, scoring 16 goals.

He joined Forest in 2013, and has notched 13 times in 66 outings, 30 of them from the bench.

Town boss Chris Powell’s old club Charlton Athletic are also said to be interested.
