HUDDERSFIELD Town loan man Kallum Higginbotham rattled in a top strike this weekend, sparking comparison's with Wayne Rooney's famous finish in the Manchester derby.

HUDDERSFIELD Town loan man Kallum Higginbotham rattled in a top strike this weekend, sparking comparison's with Wayne Rooney's famous finish in the Manchester derby.

Higginbotham, signed by Lee Clark on a two-and-a-half-year deal at the end of the January 2012 transfer window, was playing for loan club Motherwell when he hit the strike (above).

The 23-year-old, who is at 'Well until the end of the season after his loan spell at Carlisle United was cut short, scored the third goal in the 4-1 win against Hibernian.
