On-loan Huddersfield Town left-back Jack Robinson is back in the England Under 21 squad.
The QPR player will be aiming to add to his nine-cap tally in the friendlies against Portugal at Burnley next Thursday and France in Brest on Monday week, November 17.
Coach Gareth Southgate watched Town’s 3-0 home win over Nottingham Forest last Saturday.
He is preparing for the European Championship finals, which take place in the Czech Republic in June.
Southgate has called up goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli, who is set to play against Town for Fulham in Saturday’s Championship clash.
Burnley duo Danny Ings and Nathaniel Chalobah are both included.
With top scorer Saido Berahino in Roy Hodgson’s senior squad, there is a first call-up for AFC Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson.
