AIDAN CHIPPENDALE is hoping for a York City debut at Kettering on Saturday after missing out on the 1-0 home win over Blue Square Premier basement club Histon.
Town’s 18-year-old winger beat the Conference deadline to sign on loan but the move came too late for him to be considered by boss Gary Mills.
“Aidan is in a situation where winning matters,” said Town boss Lee Clark, who gave Chippendale a debut at Bristol Rovers this month. “This is a great opportunity for him.”
