Conor Coady will be on hand to open Huddersfield Town’s new store in the Packhorse Centre on Saturday.
The former Liverpool midfielder, who won the Blue & White Foundation’s August ‘Player of the Month’ award, will be at the 10.00am ceremony to sign autographs and pose for pictures with supporters.
The first 100 to enter the new store will receive a free gift whereas everyone who makes a purchase on Saturday will receive a code to redeem extra points on the club’s ‘1908 Rewards’ scheme.
Town’s retail manager Luke Cowan explained: “We’re delighted to bring back a retail presence in Huddersfield town centre for the convenience of our supporters who cannot make it to the stadium on non-match days.
“The Packhorse Centre is a great location at the heart of the town centre.
“The shop is spacious and stocks a full range of club merchandise.”
The regular opening hours will be 9.00am until 5.00pm Monday to Saturday.
