Huddersfield Town duo Jake Charles and Joe Wright are with Wales Under 21s as they prepare for their latest European Championship qualifier against Romania at Wrexham on Tuesday.

Geraint Williams’ side, 2-1 winners over Armenia in Bangor on Friday, are top of their qualifying group with 10 points from four games.

Forward Charles came off the bench to win his third cap against Armenia.

Twice-capped centre-back Wright, currently on loan at Accrington Stanley, was an unused substitute.

The 12-team finals take place in Poland in summer 2017.

The nine qualifying group winners go through to the finals with the four best runners-up advancing to play-offs in November 2016, from which two win through. Poland qualify automatically as hosts.
