Oldham Athletic’s Joel Coleman is the latest keeper linked to Huddersfield Town , who are also said to be tracking Croatian midfielder Ivan Paurevic.

Meanwhile Oldham are rumoured to be considering a bid to make Town’s successful Under 21 coach Frankie Bunn their manager.

Coleman, 20, has come through the Boundary Park youth system to make 45 first-team appearances, 34 of them this season.

He is 6ft 6in tall and close to 13 stone.

Paurevic is the latest former Borussia Dortmund player linked to Town.

The 6ft 5in 24-year-old played under head coach David Wagner at Dortmund II, having started out at Rot-Weiss Essen.

Born in Germany but a Croatian national, Paurevic has spent the last two years with Russian club FC Ufa.

He has also had spell at Fortuna Dusseldorf and was capped by Croatia at Under 19 and 21 level.

Paurevic has also played at centre-back but is considered mainly to be a defensive midfielder.

Town have also been linked with Southend United midfielder Jack Payne.

Huddersfield Town Under 21 coach Frankie Bunn

Senior development coach Bunn, the father of Town forward Harry, is a former player at Oldham, who need to replace John Sheridan after his move to Notts County.

The 53-year-old led Town to this season’s Professional Development League II title, with Sheffield United beaten in the play-off final at Bramall Lane.

He has been at Town for four years and has also worked at Wigan Athletic, Manchester City, Coventry City and Rochdale.

Bunn is still remembered by Oldham fans for scoring six times in a 7-0 League Cup win over Scarborough in 1989.
