It's fantastic to be looking forward to a third straight season in the Championship.

Huddersfield Town don’t do things by halves, and the 2-1 win at Yeovil which guaranteed safety for this season was certainly no exception.

Two assists by wingman Adam Hammill set up goals for Nahki Wells and Adam Clayton respectively, and while it was far from great as a game, the result sparked jubilation among the travelling Town contingent.

So, all in all, huge relief that we did it with a couple of games to spare, and Mark Robins can now concentrate on preparing for the season ahead!

Meanwhile, PPG Canalside recently hosted the annual Patrons Quiz.

Teams representing HTSA, HTFC Staff, Directors and Patrons battled it out.

With Mastermind James Robinson on the HTSA team, along with captain Michael Scott, John Sealey and Graham Longbottom, perhaps the result was inevitable!

HTSA won with 133 points, the staff were second on 94, the directors had 91 and the Patrons 76.

With HTSA Travel, we have our final trip of the season to Watford on Saturday, May 3.

With Championship status safe, why not enjoy the last trip of the season with a chance to see some of Town’s emerging talent pitting their skills against play-off contenders?

Departure time is 6.45am for a 12.15pm kick off. The coach leaves from the stadium, priced at £14.50 for HTSA members, £16.50 for non members.

HTSA Members travelling on the coach will also be in with a chance of winning £270 in the ‘Free’ draw.

Details are also provided on the HTSA website – www.htsa-online.co.uk as well as social media sites Facebook (HTSA) and Twitter (@officialhtsa)

Finally, the Pink Link Pedal for Pounds 5 fundraising bike ride is now under way.

Almost 300 cyclists are taking part – including club chairman Dean Hoyle and ambassador Andy Booth – in the 250-mile Chapman Trail ride from Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium to the John Smith’s Stadium.

The ride, which is in aid of the Keep It Up Campaign, began yesterday with cyclists getting coaches from PPG Canalside down to London. Participants then set off from the Emirates Stadium, cycling to Cambridge, Leicester and Doncaster over three and a half days in time for the last home game of the season against Leicester City on Saturday.

The club’s previous four bike rides have contributed over £600,000 to the £980,000 raised for the campaign so far, since its inception in 2009.

To donate to the Keep It Up campaign visit www.justgiving.com/keepitupcampaign or text KIUP99 £5 to 70070.

HTSA would like to wish good luck to everyone taking part.
