THE end of our extended season is now approaching, although the final shape of it is not yet fully known.

But we do know that we shall have matches against MK Dons on May 12 and 15, so it’s vital that Town fans get behind the club, its owner, manager Simon Grayson and his staff and the playing squad to do what we can to help in the promotion push.

As Dean Hoyle has said previously: “Without its supporters the club is nothing”.

That support starts tomorrow and both the Patrons and the Supporters’ Association are running coaches to Walsall.

As usual, the Patrons trip includes a carvery lunch and is priced at £16 with a departure time of 9.30am.

Please call travel organiser Martin Lister on 01484 714287 for details or to book a place, or email travel@htafcpatrons.com with your full contact details.

If lunch isn’t your priority, then there are still seats left on the HTSA coach, priced at £11, and these can be booked by contacting 07926 165863.

Please note the departure time for this trip is 11.00am.

Before the next home game against Yeovil Town, there is the small matter of a bike ride!

Ludo Scheibe is already on the road cycling from his home in Holland to Yeovil, and back again.

Let’s do what we can to support Ludo, Steve King and the rest of the cyclists as they cover the length of the country in support of Town’s ‘Keep It Up campaign’ for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

We close with a tribute to Clive Richardson, a life-long Town fan and firm supporter of HTSA and the Supporters Club before that, whose death was reported earlier this week.
