James Vaughan scored his 10th goal of the season to earn Huddersfield Town a point against Blackpool – but missed the penalty which would have made it three.
Town battled back to 1-1 thanks to the in-form striker, who had previously had a goal wrongly disallowed for offside.
The striker then smashed a late penalty against the bar leaving the game to end in a stalemate, but insisted after the game he won’t voluntarily hand over the 12-yard duties.

Holmes could be gold dust. Bonehead, Hartlepool
After the first half the draw was a good result. Players like Hogg, Clayton and Norwood should learn from Duane Holmes - run at the opposition not just pass in front of them. Can't blame James Vaughan - without him we would never score. Roger, Menston
Once again we initially played the wrong formation. We have to play 4-4-2 with the present players. Duane Holmes was a breath of fresh air. Patrick, Honley
The first half was very poor - the second was a lot better. Stead is a bad signing, just hope Vaughan stays fit. Philip, Cleckheaton
Midfield still need to boss games and you have to question Norwood and Clayton being included every week - they're too inconsistent. Why is Gobern not starting games? And Stead is better as an impact player. Dave, Brighouse
Duane Holmes gives us another dimension - Norwood and Clayton are too similar. Kev, Lindley
What has Mark Robins got to do to get the team to play for 90 minutes? If we could string a full game together I reckon we could be looking at something special. David, Mirfield
We've bought a lot of midfielders in recent years and we're still lacking. Between them Norwood and Clayton would make one decent player, but neither show the drive, application or interest to help our strikers - who are usually totally isolated. Peter, Lindley
I like what Robins is trying to with the style and the system - it just isn't quite clicking yet. It requires defenders and midfielders who are very comfortable on the ball. Woods for Clarke and Gobern for Hogg would improve ball retention. Optimistic. Sam, Holmfirth
Town are proving very hard to beat - we just need to turn draws into wins now. Pleased with season so far. Geoff, Outlane
A game of two contrasting halves for Town - a somewhat hesitant first half followed by spirited second half. The final whistle probably felt more like a defeat for Town, however, there were many positives to draw from, and even though James Vaughan could easily have had another hat-trick, he did again get the all important goal. Rob, Fartown
Having seen Holmes in non League matches, I never thought he would have such a debut impact at Championship level. Oh how wrong can you be? Martin, Outlane
