Huddersfield Town's new home kit has gone down a treat with supporters.
The club's decision to return to a more traditional look for the 2016/17 season has been very well received - particularly the decision to dispense with the lighter blue seen on last season's shirt and replace it with the more familiar deeper blue.
Losing the black across the shoulders and adding a white collar also met with approval from the fanbase.
For more than a few it brought back happy memories of the promotion day of 1995 when Neil Warnock sat in the Town hotseat.
New signing Elias Kachunga was revealed wearing the new strip, while early fan favourite Michael Hefele also modelled the shirt in the promotional video.
The kit could be worn for Town’s opening pre-season friendly at National League Guiseley on Wednesday, July 6.
And it will be donned for the plum John Smith’s Stadium clash with Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool on Wednesday, July 20.
Town’s new away kit, which will be revealed in July, will be worn at Oldham Athletic on Saturday, July 9.
The club are now taking pre-orders, with kits expected to be in the shop week commencing July 4.
