TOWN hope to be backed by a travelling army of 1,500 fans in their first ever visit to Oxford's Kassam Stadium on Saturday.

Sales are going well on the back of Town's surging promotion push - and tickets are cheaper if bought at the McAlpine Stadium before 4pm tomorrow.

"It is probably the most important game of the season for us and I'm sure we'll have big backing for the lads," said manager Peter Jackson.

"It's not a make-or-break game because there's still a lot of hard work ahead, but every bit of support we get at this stage is vital."

Prices at the McAlpine are £14.50 (adults), £11 (students) and £9 (Over 65s and Under 16s). On the day it's £17.50, £13.50 and £11.50.

Town Supporters Club are running coaches to Tuesday's re-arranged game up at Carlisle.

Prices are £13.50 for adults and £8 for juniors and the transport will leave the McAlpine at 4pm on Tuesday.

Bookings can be made on 07941-707291.

Match tickets for the original fixture at Brunton Park are valid for the new date, but refunds are available at the McAlpine ticket office until noon on Monday.
