THE alleged abduction of little Shannon Matthews seems to get more suspicious by the day.
Over the weekend more of her immediate family were taken into custody for questioning, followed by news of the arrest of Shannon’s mum.
This follows the arrest and charge of Shannon’s stepfather’s uncle.
I am sure everyone is beginning to wonder what is the truth behind the whole affair.
The police have been criticised for not finding this little girl when she was less than a mile from where she was last seen.
However, the police have to rely heavily on the information given to them by the family.
I am certain that had they been aware of the uncle’s existence his home would have been one of the first they would have eliminated from their inquires.
As this did not occur I am beginning to wonder whether there was some form of conspiracy to keep them in the dark.
