Free tickets are available for the first ‘All Together Town’ meeting at Canalside on Thursday week, September 19 (7.00).
The club’s new initiative is aimed at working with supporters by seeking feedback on a range of issues via surveys, face-to-face meetings and e-mail.
Up for discussion first is the matchday experience at the John Smith’s Stadium.
Town chief executive Nigel Clibbens explained: “All Together Town was born from the findings of the extensive ‘Ask Insight’ survey of supporters last year.
“The survey identified hot topics and key areas for improvement, in particular on home match days, including issues such as the quality and price of food and drink, stewarding, parking, entertainment and atmosphere.
“Now, with the return of shares in the John Smith’s Stadium to the Club, it is more of a hot topic than ever.
“We want to open up, build and develop improved formal consultation and communications between the club and fans about important off-the-field issues.
“It will not be talking for talking’s sake. We aim to make a real difference to fans. We’ve worked closely with the Huddersfield Town Supporters’ Association on the structure of this programme and we will continue to do so.
“We hope a really wide range of fans will come forward and take part as it is important for us to remember that views differ right across our fanbase.”
