Huddersfield Town boss David Wagner masterminded a famous victory for the Terriers to continue Town's unbeaten start to the SkyBet Championship season.

Forward Nahki Wells opened the scoring for Town late into the first half, turning Rajiv van La Parra's cross into the bottom corner to silence the home side.

Newcastle came back strong in the second half and equalised just on the hour mark through the penalty spot - Mark Hudson penalised for a handball which Dwight Gayle converted at the second attempt.

Town then faced a second-half onslaught with the Magpies controlling possessing without really threatening Danny Ward's goal before substitute Jack Payne grabbed an 82nd minute winner to record Huddersfield's first win at Newcastle since 1953.

But who stood out to warrant the Man of the Match accolade? And who flattered to deceive or was below par?
