TOWN fans have a chance to be photographed with the play-off trophy!
The Nationwide silverware won at Cardiff in May will be on show at the club's Autograph Day on Thursday, August 5.
While young fans can meet the promotion-winning squad - players will sign autographs in the directors' box and dugouts from 2pm to 4pm - they can also have their picture taken with the trophy.
Because of the school holidays, hundreds of youngsters are expected to attend and manager Peter Jackson believes it will be a popular event.
"It's a day to be enjoyed by everyone," he said. "We are close to our fans and we want to keep it that way."
Club spokesman Alisdair Straughan said: "Building on the successful and popular Open Day formats of previous years, the aim of the Autograph Day is to provide fun-filled family entertainment, as well as bringing fans closer to the club.
"As always, the big attraction of the day is the opportunity for fans to meet the players for photographs and a chat.
"The magnificent Division III play-off trophy will be available for any photograph opportunities and the entire first team squad will be present throughout the afternoon, along with Jacko and his coaching staff."
Refreshments and entertainment will be provided outside the McAlpine.
* Town will be receiving an additional allocation of 950 tickets for their opening Coca-Cola League I fixture against Stockport at Edgeley Park on Saturday, August 7.
They are for uncovered seating in the Railway End and are priced £16 for adults, £11 for seniors and students and £6 for juniors.
Tickets are already on sale to season-ticket holders and are going well. Seats will be on general sale from this Friday.
