PURE Legal Limited are Huddersfield Town’s new home shirt sponsor.

The company, based in Prescott, near Liverpool, was recently launched by lifelong Town fan Phil Hodgkinson.

PURE provide an array of services to the legal industry, both directly and through business partners and affiliates.

As well as putting their name to the famous blue and white stripes, they will have an advert in the club programme as well as on the big screen and pitch side at the John Smith’s Stadium.

PURE take over from Rekorderlig, whose three-year deal has ended.

Town commercial director Sean Jarvis said: ”Phil is a diehard Huddersfield Town fan, well known to everyone at the club through his box-holder status over many seasons.

“During negotiations, I had the opportunity to look at his memorabilia. He’s got all the shirts - starting with the Vileda away kit from the 1993/94 campaign - and it’s a superb story that his business is the next to take pride of place across the famous blue and white stripes.

“The main shirt sponsorship will give PURE Legal Limited superb brand awareness and profile as it looks to build its client base following the launch of the company three months ago.

“The entire Commercial team at Huddersfield Town is excited about this new sponsorship and to work with Phil even more closely over the coming months and years.”

PURE Legal chief executive Hodgkinson said: “Having supported Huddersfield Town for the last 35 years, the opportunity to have the name of my new business across the blue and white stripes was one I could simply not pass up.

“PURE Legal intends to become a household name over the next three years, providing a full array of legal services across the UK direct to consumers and businesses.

“Our aim is to remove the commercial focus from law and provide high-quality products at affordable prices, putting the customer first once again.

“We will be launching a number of unique initiatives specifically for Huddersfield Town fans and partners over the coming season, at specially discounted rates.

“I am incredibly proud to be launching my new business in partnership with Huddersfield Town, a club with a very proud history and tradition, and look forward to growing our brand with the help of the club and its fan base over the coming years.”
