Huddersfield Town were one of 14 Championship teams involved on deadline day as they sealed the signing of Cardiff City central defender Mark Hudson on a two-year deal, and kept Sean Scannell and Danny Ward out of the clutches of Millwall and Wolves respectively.

There is still the small issue of a managerial choice to be made, but Town can now begin to focus solely on league matters after the upcoming international break.

But has their transfer window business given them a platform from which they can succeed in the Championship this season?

The Terriers have purchased Joe Murphy, Lee Peltier, Radoslaw Majewski (season-long loan), Conor Coady, Jacob Butterfield, Jack Robinson (season-long loan) and Hudson to bolster their squad.

In terms of players leaving the club, the most high-profile were Adam Clayton in a swap deal with Middlesbrough for Butterfield and Oliver Norwood, who moved to Reading.

Which signing are you most happy with? Would you have kept Clayton, Norwood or any of the players released on frees earlier in the close season?
