Former Huddersfield Town manager Mark Robins has signed Theo Robinson on loan for the second time.

The Doncaster Rovers striker has joined Robins at Scunthorpe United until April 25.

Robins previously brought Robinson to Town on loan in February 2013.

It was the 26-year-old’s second spell at the club after he netted 16 goals in 45 games between August 2009 and January 2011.

Robinson hopes for a Scunthorpe debut in Saturday’s League I clash at Notts County.

He has scored nine goals in 32 appearances for Doncaster.

Ipswich Town, who visit Town on Easter Monday, April 6, have signed Crystal Palace pair Jonny Williams and Zeki Fryers on loan.

Midfielder Williams, 21, is returning for a third spell at Portman Road, but will only be available up until the Championship play-off semi-finals.

Former Manchester United and Tottenham defender Fryers, 22, will join for the rest of the season.

He has played 10 games on loan at Rotherham United this term, after joining Palace from Spurs in the summer.

Wales international Williams, who had a spell with Ipswich last season, returned six months ago, but his stint was cut short by injury.

Championship leaders Bournemouth brought in Cardiff City striker Kenwyne Jones on loan.

He has played 36 times for the Welsh club this term, scoring 13 goals, including two in a 3-1 win over Town in August, having joined from Stoke in January 2014.
