The Championship fixtures have been released and fans are already eyeing up the plum away days.

Unsurprisingly, Huddersfield Town supporters were quick to start making plans for the first trips of the season - after a home game with Brentford, Town hit the road to visit Newcastle United and Aston Villa.

Here's how the fans reacted to today's fixture release.

The first away games caused much more talk than opening day, with loads already counting out the coppers to save for the journey.

And one who can't wait to be Birmingham-bound...

However, the dates will always leave some disappointed.

And for others, a home game against Brentford - who beat Town 5-1 on the final day of last season - was an opening day bonus.

Plus that romantic date in February is sorted.
