Huddersfield Town fell to three league defeats in as many games for the first time in 2014/2015 as Rotherham United came out on top with a 2-0 win at the John Smith's Stadium .

Chris Powell's side actually started quite brightly and were on the front foot thanks to Joe Lolley, but the visitors slowly sensed their chance and capitalised when former Terrier Jack Hunt crossed for Kari Arnason to bundle home at the far post.

The lead was doubled on the hour mark when striker Conor Sammon was allowed to weave through the Town defence unchallenged before finishing low past Alex Smithies into the bottom corner and Steve Evans' men held out comfortably even after the dismissal of captain Lee Frecklington for a second bookable offence.
