Huddersfield Town fans voted Joe Lolley as their Player of the Month for January.

Fan ratings after each game throughout the month were totted up, and the winner was the 23-year-old forward.

Missing in the most recent outing against Cardiff with illness , Lolley started the year with a bang and was your Man of the Match in the 2-0 victory away at Bolton and again in the FA Cup third round draw with Reading at the John Smith's Stadium .

He scored the first goal of the calendar year against the Trotters, and although he hasn't found the net since his all-round play was a hit with the fans - earning him an average rating of 7.02 in the post-match reckoning.

Jamie Paterson, who scored three times in seven games in January, came in second with an average rating of 6.91, while Jonathan Hogg took the bronze medal despite getting sent off against Reading in the FA Cup.
