CLYDE Wijnhard has signed for Preston North End in a deal which has transferred his contract from Town to North End until the end of the season.
The Dutch hitman has only recently returned to fitness after an injury nightmare lasting over a year following a car accident in September 2000.
He has scored twice for the Terriers this season and will become new Preston North End boss Kelham O'Hanlon's first signing.
His new club will hope to have him ready to face Stockport County this weekend after completing the relevant paperwork on Friday morning.
