TOWN manager Peter Jackson is keen to keep a third clean sheet in four home outings tomorrow.

Jackson believes solid defensive work against Rotherham is vital for Town to win and maintain pressure on the top two in League I (3.00).

"We are expecting a big crowd and we want to put on a good, winning performance for them," said Jacko.

"Our home record in the last three years has been excellent and we don't want any slip ups between now and the end of the season.

"Rotherham will be tough because they are fighting for survival both on and off the pitch and they are playing better at the moment than their League position suggests.

"What we have to do is keep it tight at the back and then take our opportunities when they come along."

Jackson has an impressive Galpharm record since returning to the club in 2003.

Of 68 home games played in all competitions, Town have won 41, drawn 17 and lost just 10.

That's a 60% success rate with only 15% lost and Jackson commented:

"I've always said it's home form which dictates how you prosper and I'm pleased we are so strong in front of our home fans."

Central defender Martin McIntosh will play against his old club for the first time tomorrow and he's looking for a fourth goal in five games.

Rotherham haven't won in Huddersfield for 42 years and this is their first visit since 1994-95, when Andy Booth scored the only goal and Town went on to play-off promotion.
