Huddersfield Town are still in the hat for the FA Cup fourth round after Nahki Wells equalised from the spot in stoppage time.

Town had deservedly taken the lead via the head of Jamie Paterson in the second half, and were screaming for a penalty when Nahki Wells was felled in the area by keeper Ali Al-Habsi.

However, the referee waved away the claims and the Royals scored just minutes later. A Reading second soon followed - and Brian McDermott's men had their own penalty claim for a foul on Matej Vydra waved away.

However, the Terriers refused to give in and Harry Bunn's driving run did win a spot kick late, late in the contest from which Wells made no mistake.

Now David Wagner must take his team to the Madejski Stadium for a replay on Tuesday January 19.

Here's what Town fans made of the match...

The noise and colour generated by the fans was hailed by many inside and outside the stadium.

Although it was scoreless at the break you were pretty happy with the display.

And it didn't take long for Jamie Paterson to put Town ahead.

But after he turned down a penalty claim from Nahki Wells and Reading went on to score twice themselves, fans were furious.

There was still time for late drama when the referee did award Town a penalty in stoppage time and Nahki Wells equalised from the spot to earn a deserved replay.
