The 6ft 4in forward has become something of a talismanic figure for Northern Ireland as they attempt to qualify for the Euro 2016 Finals, becoming their highest scorer of all time during the current qualifying campaign.
However, the former Burnley and Glasgow Rangers man has struggled at Carrow Road since moving in June 2014 and was loaned to Turkey’s Caykur Rizespor in January until the end of the last game.

The Dutchman joined the Swans on a three-year-deal from Middlesbrough last summer but has struggled to make an impact with first Wilfried Bony and now Bafetimbi Gomes preferred options up front for Garry Monk.
With Andre Ayew also signing this summer from Marseilles it could be time for the forward to move on - or at least go out on loan.
