Sunderland are set to cut their losses on flop striker Danny Graham, which will alert Middlesbrough, where he spent part of last season on loan. The Black Cats are looking to offload the 28-year-old for around £1m.  (Gazette Live)

Watford have rejected an undisclosed offer for star striker Troy Deeney from Premier League new boys Burnley as the Clarets open the likely bidding war for the Hornets' prized asset. (Watford Observer)

Blackpool boss Jose Riga is set to make his first signing since arriving at Bloomfield Road, after Estonia international striker Sergei Zenjov underwent a medical and agreed personal terms with the Seasiders. (Blackpool Gazette)

Algeria World Cup star Islam Slimani is interesting Derby County, but the Rams face competition from Premier League outfit West Ham United in the race for the forward's signature. (Derby Telegraph)
